Abi Dean Eventing

My name is Abi Dean and I’m a full time event rider and coach based in gloucestershire UK.
I’m incredibly lucky to base my team of event horses in a beautiful yard in the heart of Gloucestershire.
We are perfectly situated for competitions just 5 minutes from junction 13 of the m5, surrounded by many excellent competition venues within 20 minuets, and perfectly situated right in the middle of some of the best eventing venues in the world.

As a young child I took part in all pony club activities, mainly concentrating on showjumping and Eventing I represented my pony club, and competed as a team at the highest levels on many occasions, which gave me the opportunity to be talented spotted for the BRYDS north squad. I completed all my pony club exams allowing me to coach other riders inside and outside of pony club.

After working for some world class racing trainers including the legendary Sir Henry Cecil I have combined experience with handling and producing both young and extremely fit horses to the highest of standards, and a true understanding of how to create optimum fitness for event horses.

I am now establishing a good string of horses and clients, but am always on the look out for new rides to build on and improve my team. The support team I have around me at the moment is fantastic with exceptional support from my international team of sponsors, With first class facilities and support I have provided my horses with brilliant care and as a team we are hoping to produce some fantastic results.
